I practice integrative psychotherapy, drawing on methods and techniques from various therapeutic approaches — particularly Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My work is conducted under professional supervision and adheres to strict standards of confidentiality.

I see clients at the Psychotherapy Center – Pokoje Refleksji in Wroclaw, Poland, at two different locations. I also offer online sessions.

I support individuals experiencing emotional difficulties in their daily lives, often related to stress, interpersonal conflicts, or challenges in relationships.

I particularly focus on working with psychological suffering associated with:

  • Mental and behavioural disorders due to psychoactive substance use (stimulants, sedatives, and hallucinogens)
  • Schizophrenic, schizotypal, and delusional disorders
  • Mood disorders (manic, bipolar, depressive, cyclothymia, dysthymia)
  • Neurotic disorders (phobias, panic and generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, reaction and adjustment disorders, dissociative, somatoform, neurasthenia, depersonalization and derealization)
  • Personality disorders (including paranoid, schizoid, narcissistic, histrionic, borderline, avoidant, dependent, anankastic)

I support individuals who:

  • Experience communication difficulties in relationships with supervisors, partners, or children
  • Encounter identity crises and reflect on their fate and existence
  • Struggle with internal conflicts
  • Are undergoing personal or professional transitions
  • Wish to better understand themselves, gain insight into their choices, imaginations, and efforts
  • Engage intellectually with worldview-related questions
  • Are undergoing a change in religious beliefs or experiencing a spiritual crisis
  • Suffer from so-called ecclesiogenic neurosis (distressing thoughts about God, unwanted religious behaviors)

I adhere to the ethical code of the Polish Psychological Association.
